Mi Ruta Program
Gender assessment and training program design for young people aged 15 to 18 in Miches. Curriculum focused on employability and career aspirations. 12 weeks, 60 hours of training, 15 participants.
Client: BID Invest & Tropicalia Foundation
100% satisfaction and objectives achieved.
Objectives: To promote active discussion, foster clarity in career paths, prepare for employability and work life, and encourage greater integration into the workplace.

Academy for Women Entrepreneurs Cuba
Incubation program for women entrepreneurs in Cuba. Business curriculum and mentorship. 12-week virtual program for 20 participants.
Client: US Embassy in La Havana
We have implemented the program for four cohorts, impacting a total of 80 participants since 2022. The program's objective is to provide tools, training, and mentorship to grow and scale businesses.
