Behind Parcería
At the heart of Parcería lies a clear conviction: sustainable social change begins with well-designed programs, strategically executed and rigorously measured. This vision stems from the career of its founder, Miyuki Kasahara, a business and social impact strategist with over a decade of experience leading transformative initiatives in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States.

Our approach
We don't arrive with a predefined model. Before proposing any solution, we understand the organization's context and work from a reverse design perspective: first, we define what impact needs to be demonstrated and to whom, then we design the strategy, activities, and indicators that make it possible. This avoids the most common mistake in this type of work: implementing a lot and measuring little, or measuring what's easy instead of what matters.
Each project has a different starting point: some organizations need to build from scratch, others have existing initiatives that need structure and evidence. In both cases, the criterion is the same: that what is designed is executable, financially sustainable, and defensible to any audience, from a board of directors to a multilateral organization.
